Not experiencing the fatloss and leaning out on my tren/test cycle. I am thinking of adding a low dose (25 mcg) of t3 a day to my current cycle to speed up metabolism and get a better recomp effect. My diet I would say is on point, gaining a lean 1-1.5 pounds a week on my cycle.

Bro why don't you change up your diet for a few weeks? Say like for 3 weeks? I know you mentioned your diet is on point but brother if ur not seeing results then there has to be something that's not working for you. Taking compounds and research chemicals wud aide but that's not always the best way to go. I suggest look into keto diet. Which is a 0 carb diet. It will be extremely tough for the diet few days but if you can deal with it and also input some cardio in ur workout I am sure u will see a drastic change. See I'm not sure what your diet is like right now so if u have already some keto diet then try something else like carb cycling. But you have to change it up every few weeks to see change bro. Consistency wud help you but after a while your body will adapt to it. Again I'm sure you heard all this before but trust me bro I'm telling you from what I experienced. I always say and I will say again bodybuilding is all about trial and error you have to see what works best for you. So good luck and hit me up brother if u have any questions about diet:)
CheezeburgerkatI will try to reduce carbs to 100 grams and boost protein even higher.
Absolutely bro try it and see how that effects your body. Unit u try it you will never know how it might help you or not. Also depends on what ur goal is too. If ur trying to bulk then u can't always be worried about a little fat. If ur trying to cut u can't be scared on looking a little flat cos in the end it's what u are trying to achieve. I will def make changed to the diet and not even worry about adding other compounds/ peptides. And also cardio wud be another tool you can utilize. Good luck bro with whatever ur trying to achieve.

I think it's a very BAD IDEA to go fucking with your thyroid. Have you even had bloods done to see if you need T3??
And like rusty said, give us some stats and prior history to work with homie
RustyhookerHope he returns : /
RustyhookerDont mess with thyroid without consistant blood tests.
There's no magic doses or pills or I'd be all over this site bumpin facts.
You've not posted stats...priors....etc. So it seems like you went for magic pill method and now you're lost.

You don't have any stats posted on your profile. Are ya scared?!lol j/k How many calories are you getting a day?
CheezeburgerkatI am currently intaking 3k-3.5k calories a day.
How much do you weigh?
Cheezeburgerkat214 right now
That seems like a good amount of calories depending on your age and activity level.I think tren gets a bit of a hype factor.Don't get me wrong,it is good and powerful, but I don't get any miraculous fat burning from it.Some people do and it depends on your body.If your burning fat and still putting on weight,I'd say your doing fine.Maybe add a little more cardio.I kind of got scared away from t3 when a 20 something year old dude on here had a heart attack and it was linked to thyroid meds.
CheezeburgerkatI will add 20 mcg of t3 a day for now and see how I do. It seems tren lowers the natural t3 production by that much, so this would be a replacement amount.
No1So your gaining 1.5 pounds a week and expecting to lose fat at the same time? not going to happen
