Just curious , I'm not on a cycle atm but I'm sitting here reading this forum and like I got like lil knots all over my chest I mean none can be seen and none hurt and I've never had gyno like I was blessed with a nice chest even before I started working out

Mine, from many years ago when I was clueless, are not directly under but slightly to the sides of my nipples.
I had mine removed surgically years ago. It's glands behind the nipple. I believe it's actually a gland that produces breast tissue because of high estro. My knots where definitely behind each nipple.

It was a very long time ago. Simple out-patient procedure. Approx. $3000.00
