Okay Guys This Is My First Cycle Already 1 Week In Will Have Before And After Pics!

Monday Shoulder/Cardio/Abs
Tuesday Legs/Triceps
Wednesday Rest
Thursday Back/Bicep
Friday Cardio/abs
Saturday Chest/Cardio
Sunday Cardio or rest

Cardio consists of 40 mins moderate intensity

My diet is in check consisting of high proteins low saturated fats alot of whole foods vegetables and fruit and complex carbs a i am consuming around 2500 cals i no i should be taking more but im not really looking to bulk more to put on lean size.

Okay guys this is my first cycle test only and is consisting of Sustanon 250 would have went with e but was due to availability. I have been training 6 years natty and although some of you may still think im to young i am 22 in a few weeks i understand i am borderline and fully understand the risks i am taking. I am already 1 week into my cycle and wow i am feeling great... pumps are insane i feel like my strength has gone up alot and ive only just gone into my 2nd week!!!! i cant wait for whats to come! i will upload some before and after pics along my journey!

Planning on running total of 8 weeks.

I have my pct in place nolva and clomid and i am currently running Arimidex at .5ml every 2nd day to keep water and bloat to a minimum as i am looking for clean lean gains. I am contemplating adding winny into the mix for the last 4 weeks but as its my 1st cycle i might hold out on this. i also have some clen that i may use i have no experience using clen what do you think? I am open to everyones opinions and will take them very seriously as i am very open minded and would love to here what you guys have to say Thanks! i will upload pics shortly. =)

Thank you for your advice guys.

1) I set the cycle at 8 weeks because i do not have any hcg on hand but may be able to get some. Even if i couldnt get it would i be putting my balls at risk if a stretch the cycle to 10 weeks? i would love to do this to get the full benifit from the cycle but do not wont to compensate having peanut balls the rest of my like lol

2)I would have prefered to use a single ester but again was due to availability.

3) I do undertand how to use clen i just havnt used it before.... I know you pryamid it and work your way up to a higher dose and 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. however think i will save this for another time and take your advice on not adding compounds.

3) I will be taking your advice on adding more calories into my diet i have came up with an easy way to add another 800-1000 cals in a shake
1-3 cups of low fat milk - 300 calories
1-2 cups of mixed berries - 200 calories
40-60 grams of protein powder - 160-240 calories
1-2 tbsp of natural peanut butter - 200 cal

Remember i am not looking to blow up like a balloon but to pack on a nice amount of lean muscle without increasing my bf% even if its only 15lb that i can keep after cycle i will be happy. Thanks any more advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have gone from 86kg-88.5kg in the space of just over a week gaining strength raidly training harder than i ever have and i am starting to notice alot more vaso than i previously had prior.

ugh! 21 is NOT borderline 25 is borderline, you have a TON of natty to reach genetic potential with! the fact that you show up already into a cycle that you obviously havent fully researched, diet is wayyy off and at 8wks you're barely going to get the effects of the long esters makes you the textbook reason why we try to slow you guys down. But as the boys have mentioned you alreasdy started...

  1. Up your calories
  2. Extend cycle to 10wks
  3. DO NOT add compounds
  4. Prop taper recommended

X2. Don't like the fact that you're on gear at your age, but you've started. If you're going to do it you gotta up those calories or you'll be disappointed.

No adding winny or clen...Ur young but already started so i wont go there. I dont think 8 weeks will be long enough to grt the full benefits of the long esters in sus. I dont have experience with it but im sure a vet eill chime into shed more light on the correct cycle length. U got Ur ai so good job on that! Now on to diet...you want to keep it clean so catb manipulation will do that for you and also cut them by 2pm daily. Also looks like you have a good amount of cardio in there; if you are looking to burn a few more calories there try interval training. 2'500 cals is not going to be enough here for you to see the gains u want. Post your diet so everyone can tweak it to make sure you make killer gains
