No more dry chicken and easy vegetables!

It wasn't the dryness of chicken I hated it was just the time it takes to chew up that sucker! So I bought a meat grinder, ground up the breast added wholemeal bread crumbs (Just a little) plus eat white, salt pepper, garlic (not much), squeeze a bit of lemon in, and cook it into patties. It goes down so smoothly especially on the run! Great time saver and great taste.
I also leave a hardcore blender at work (Don't laugh) and blend up some carrot, beetroot, broccoli, and celery with water. Doesn't taste awesome, but you get used to it and it's so quick and easy (Just pre cut the veggies b4 work) Smash one every morning and twice at work, never felt more healthy.
