My personal oppinion on this would be to use toremifene only and hcg if possible. I have used toremifene, nolvadex, and clomid before and my take was that the nolvadex worked decent, the clomid made me batshit insane, the toremifene worked wonders and the hcg was very helpful also. My main cycle has always been deca test and since switching to toremifene for pct that is all i use for a pct and it works great for me...brings my sex drive back, loads are like a pornstars, morning woods, and energy leves go back quicker. Also my blood work showed that i recovered wayyyy quicker when i used torem. Currently im on pct and i am using hcg @ 250 ius a day for 20 days and torem at 120mgs days 1 to 3 90 mgs days 4 to 14 60 mgs days 15 to 22 and 30 mgs up to day 28 and done. This is just my 2 cents and what has worked for me. If you still want to use nolva i would do a 40/40/20/20 and if being at 40 mgs makes you too tired just run it at 20 mgs a day the whole time.

Post-cycle Plan:

Week 3: 5000IU HCG total + 40mg Nolvadex + 100mg clomid daily
Week 4: 5000IU HCG total + 40mg Nolvadex + 100mg clomid daily
Week 5: 2500IU HCG total + 40mg Nolvadex + 100mg clomid daily
Week 6: 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 7: 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 8: 20mg Nolvadex daily

Firstly stats are needed before more cycle advice age weight height bf and are you using test with this deca and tren?

But Standard PCT is 2 weeks after last injection for 4 weeks
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
