Whenever i go to europe they always have this fish in sandwiches and salads but I can't find it anywhere in the uk

It's white fish stored in a jar with oil.

Similar to Rollmops but with oil (perhaps sunflower or olive?) instead of the vinegar and pickles.

I'm trying to google it but i've no idea what it is.
