protein, protein powders greens juices

hey guys recently ive came across this article about protein n the jist of the article was that although protein is important its not needed in the grams we tend to think it is they used a gorilla as an example saying they are strongest in jungle however they dont eat any meat at all and majority of there muscles come from the amino acids they get through the greens they eat..which brings me to greens and powders and after watching the doc bigger stronger faster im really starting to wonder if these protein powders are all what they claim to be and was told by a doctor that these powders really aint shit,and most lead to kindey stones which kinda makes sense but yet noticed that other doctors recommend these powders to patients coming out of lapband surgery what to beleive idk..which brings me to my green juices im planning on juiceing all my veggies and greens and going to skip the protein powders this cycle but still going to keep my food protein intake at about 1g per body weight let me know what u guys think and also your thoughts on powders p.s i always used gold standard lets c if i notice a differece without it

I still think you need lots of protein in our game.

I also use Amazing Greens mix, it may be mental but I swear I feel better when I take one daily
