Oral Cycle (How can I make as little harm as possible)
Hi people,
I just wanted to list a few things that you must take in consideration when doing an Oral cycle to reduce the harm to minimum. Feel free to add things, I'm not an expert in this topic. I just wanna share my ideas and learn some from you!
As you guys may know, the main problem with Oral AAS is liver damage. I don't thinks anyone what to fu**ed up his liver. We have only one liver so, it is your choice but I think that everyone might play safe on it.
A list of things that are known to be liver damaging (remember that the damage is dose dependant)
-Alcohol
-Too much salt
-Acetaminophen (Paracetamol, Tylenol, Panadrol)
-Aspirin
-Phenylbutazone
-Ibuprofen
-Ma-huang (Ephedra)
Now a list of things that are good for the liver
-Water
-Liv.52
-Milk Thistle

AnonOral cycles shouldn't be longer than 4 weeks.
AnonAlways run test with Orals.. or with anything else for that matter. You will shut down your natty test production so in my opinion running orals without test is just plain old asking for major troubles. the length of your cycle will also dictate how much damage you inflict on your liver as well as dosage.
Sorry man, I just figured any respones would help the op anyways.
Instead of running dbol 1-4 would it be possible to use test p to get some effects early in a long cycle?
Bottom line. If you're too scared to pin (the only logical explanation for an oral only cycle) then AS aren't for you.
The ONLY way to avoid the set backs of an oral only cycle, is not to do one. There is not anything that will completely protect you from an oral only cycle. This thread is only going to encourage some newbies that are already considering an oral only cycle, into thinking that if they take some supplements(liv52, and milk thistle) to protect their liver everything will be fine. So to all newbies, don't ever try an oral only. Always use test with any aas cycle.
