PCT DOSAGE HELP!!! NOLVA and CLOMID

I am on a cycle of 500mg of Test E a week for 12 weeks and 250mg of Tren Ace a week for the first 6 weeks. I just started week 7 of the test. I have nolva and clomid. I am wanting to know what the dosage will be for these. I know that I'm supposed to start them exactly 2 weeks after my last test pin. Just wasn't sure about the dosage. Feedback will be greatly appreciated!

ZEEK33yes your right I only been on the juice for a few years...and i always been ok on my pct with keeping my gains. that does look like a good read. ill have to look over one day when i have more time. thank you
ZEEK33I only take Nolva when I'm on cycle, @ 40mg to 80mg a day. when I feel that Gyno shit start up in my nipples.. And i would maybe take it at low dose like 10mg 0r 20mg after to keep the gyno away.. but that doesn't really happen because your coming off the test an whatever else your taking.. but you can read that on any PCT forum bro. And I start the Clomid after my cycle for 4 or 5 weeks.. 40mg then down to 20mg a day. and if your balls get small bro hit the HGC at 500 ui every 3 days for 2 or 3 weeks and you will be back to normal, oh yeah and don't forget to keep that stuff in the Frig after you open it, did any of that help?
