Planning of HGH bridge

I'm thinking of running an HGH bridge between cycles to maintain as much muscle as possible while getting rid of some stubborn fat but I can't find any examples of HGH cycles anywhere.
Do you guys think it's a good idea and how would you lay down a cycle like this?

Did you use it before bed? I've read that your body produces natural HGH at night so using it at that time is a bad idea because it would suppress or "compete" with your own. Doing it first time in the morning is what I've read produces best results as it "continues" the effect your own HGH started during the night.
Yeah, I already knew HGH is not an AAS. It must have sides though, like that hgh-gut most pro bodybuilders have. That's why I'm asking: is there any way to avoid or minimize this side effects? How do people here actually use it?
