Ready for another cycle after a successful PCT and 5 months off.

Test is 125 higher than I was baseline before ever cycling.

I remember when you proposed your first cycle, had a million questions, posted updates, posted bloods, ran your PCT and always gave updates. You're a great example to how things should be done. Keep it up.

+1

Hey you might want to bump up your water intake. Your creatinine is a little elevated. I would recommend 1-2 gallons a day and get a repeat crest at some point.

I'll make a point to get more h2o. I had a little coffee the morning I tested, but could have pounded more water for sure. I have a couple hours to drive to my nearest quest lab and didn't take a water bottle with me.

Going through old bloods, I see I have a pattern on just out of range creatine. I know that working out can raise it, and taking creatine supplements does as well. I've talked to my Dr about and he was not concerned, but not much seems to phase that guy. I'll keep chugging water just the same, I feel better when I fully hydrated.

Looks goods CB +1 for testing. Here[s something to think about. That last test was in ECLIA and was 428 which was 80 points above the lowest reference range. This test is 546 which is 296 points higher than the lowest reference range. Since those reference ranges are based on population studies your actually a lot higher than 125 points. See what I'm getting at. We're comparing apples to oranges. Your 216 points higher. Good job on your PCT.
