I realize I should look a lot better after 15 weeks of low dose test with 1-test cyp. I gained 5 pounds of water and fat in 4 days during a wedding and anniversary long weekend. (189 pounds, 6ft 1 3/16in) Switching to prop, dropping the 1-test, adding masteron and anavar this week. Time to up the cardio and drop the booze.

I'm not trying to get huge FYI, before some try to slam me for being lean!
