The only real dietary changes I’ve made are making cleaner choices tbh. I gained so much cause I was burning 4500-5000 a day and eating 1000 at best. Just getting carried away working. Carbs are around 40%. Protein 40%. Fat 20%. But I’m not as strict as I should be. It’s my downfall. Only reason I’m not pulling the trigger on any AAS yet.
Finally someone that actually is fucking smart man and doing shit right, wow what a nice thing to see and read.... Anyone else would of been on cycle blasting away like crazy running all kinds of shit shit and fat burners and probably tren.... It's nice to see him doing it naturally he dropped a decent amount in his updated picture.... He really could potentially soon if he cleans up his diet and carb cycles or maybe goes keto even though I much prefer carb cycling he could throw test is at a moderate dosage to help put some muscle on to help with fat burning he just has to really keep an eye on his estrogen.... Maybe something even like moderate test and alil anavar.... He deff has some more bf to drop but he's come along ways and it's nice to see he just didn't give up either and gets it takes time..... I would even maybe if I was him get a full blood work panel done the whole nine along with a legit hormone panel to see where he's at test wise and estrogen just to have a baseline of everything and to also make sure ur healthy just in general.... But this was nice to read that he didn't just look to hop on gear
Thanks man. The smaller picture was actually back in may. I’ve made some significant leaps and bounds since. I posted another few pics from this past week right after this post. I honestly ordered some test e and ai cause I know the shelf life is pretty high. Having it sit there is gonna motivate me to get to the 18% mark I wanna be at before I start gear. But I also thought about that same shit. Low dose t to help ramp me up. But it’s a huge step. I’m not too familiar with carb cycling though. Care to elaborate?
I would take that BF down to at least 15%. Should be pretty easy to get there. Should be fairly easy to get even lower which I would try for before bringing in any anabolics. Remember that steroids aren't fat burners. What they do help with is to retain muscle mass during a severe cut. You don't want to lose that muscle. You are still going to have to diet smart and hard while using anabolics if you want to continue to lose fat. One of my mottos is steroids don't make up for a shitty diet
Here are some more things to try and speed up the weight loss
Yeah it's basically when u drop ur crabs down or completely pull them out for three days and then throw carbs back in for a day or two then back down to noone, this way it speeds up metabolism and keeps ur body sensitive I could go into alot more detail but I don't wanna type out a huge page lol... U can look it up on YouTube watch some videos on it... If I go into the science of it I'll whind up going on and on etc etc... But really as long as u are in a deficit cal wise ull keep driving weight, carb cycling is just a way to really get u lean and to keep peeling fat off and keep ur insulin sensitivity up and very fresh.... And u could even go longer then three days with no carbs and really keep pulling urself down and then u throw in a carb day to refill ur glycogen storage then u deplete it again.... It's usually what alot of bb do... Also just getting in ur cardio and say 10,000 steps will help.... This is done if u hit a spot and ur not losing and weight and ur food is already super low.... Uv done a good job so far but I would look into more diet and food research this way ur able to get and sustain the body composition u want and not put the weight back on.... Keto might be something u also might wanna look into and or five it a try

You have done a great job so far. Plateaus are common when dieting. You just have to know how to overcome them. Give this a read.
