Wanna grow? Switch from Anavar to Anadrol, or for some serious mass, switch to Dbol. Anavar is probably working against your goals if you want to SEE a size difference. If you're not gaining, do more calories and adjust your routine. I gained 20lbs from a ostarine,cardarine and mk677 cycle alone, sure some may be water and fat but I'm still lean as hell, I can see my abs without flexing. Calories is the key tho.

Honestly you’re on track. Test E takes couple weeks to kick in. Five pounds of clean is good results. I’ve met people that don’t get that off a lot more. How many weeks are you planning to cycle?

Up the cals and volume bro. On your rest days make sure to completely chill out so your CNS can recover so you can get back at it on your work days. If women can build muscles with such low T how much more so for us guys who use steroids. If you're not gaining, you gotta change up the program. Steroids are not gonna magically make anyone big. If anything anabolics are supplemental. Cals, recovery and training are gonna do the most work, and anabolics will enhance the results.

You'll hear a lot of people say they got a lot stronger on Anavar all the time. You don't hear about people blowing up on Anavar like they do with Deca or Superdrol. But you're better off in the long run sticking with things like Testosterone and Anavar.

I'm currently running the same exact thing. 600mg Test E and 50mg of Anavar but I split it 25mg twice a day.
I’ll turn 47 years old in November. Been on gear since age 22 during my SR season of college football. I run your Test-E @ 600 mg a week (split into 300mg every 3-4 days) and your Test-C at 250 mg per week (split into 125 mg every 3-4 days) and my last total T was 3,700 NG & my free T was 1,100 NG. Amazing stuff! With no side effects. (Only the good ones, wink-wink) @ 5’11” & 227 lbs my BP averages 132/87. Note: I do bloods every 6 months. Been using you going on 3 years now (2.5). My total T has never been under 2,400 total NGs on your gear. And that’s when I’m coasting on only 300 mg of Tesr-E every 4-5 days. And when I mix in a little of your Tren-A, it’s GO TIME! At only 50 mg every other day it does amazing things to my body, strength and causes a hyper sex drive like I’m 19 years old again.
Aye I might have to try your method of using tren a. I have a few vials that are just collecting dust.

What side effects have you had? Hair loss? I've Been sticking to low dose test only cycles in hopes of saving my hair (I have family who are bald). Even though I use ketaconazole shampoo, still want to stay on the safer side. And of course to avoid the other side effects that come with high doses.

Idk brah I have a full head of hair right now, 0 thinning from what I can tell. I have family who are bald so I'm hoping I didn't get those genetics, nor do I want to speed up the process. I 100% will not look good being bald lmao. But if I do start to lose it I'll just shave it and blast. Then I'll just be a big baldy. I'm also taking mk677 rn so maybe that will help speed up my hair growth so in case if I do lose my hair I can just cover it up easier. Kinda like what Jon skywalker is doing. He's definitely thinning but he has grown out his hair so much that he can easily style it to hide the thinning. I'm only doing 200mg Test with mk677 25mg. Thinking of taking it up to 300mg test tho. Long as I eat enough and train hard, 200-300mg will be more then enough.
