I make a ninja creamie (pause) everyday. This is one of my favorites.
1. 400ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2. 100g 1% cottage cheese
3. 1 scoop of ryse strawberry little debbie protein
4. Syruvia sugar free coffee syrups. Splash of banana flavor.
5. Pinch of xanthan gum powder
6. 4 Splenda
7. 1 David Bar crumbled and mixed in ( I do cookie dough or blueberry David bars)

Calories 420
Fats 10g
Carbs 25g
Protein 65g

One of many great uses for cottage cheese. You can also blend it up with egg whites, oats, protein powder, and a little pumpkin puree and you get a fantastic pancake/waffle batter

For your creami you can also use chocolate Fairlife, cottage cheese, sweetener (I use monkfruit blend), chocolate protein powder. Then add in some mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, and some almond slivers and you’ve got a healthy rocky road
