What’s everyone’s favorite treat/cheat food while cutting?
On Saturdays after my workout I make these high-protein blueberry pancakes and honestly they’ve become something I look forward to all week lol. This recipes makes all those pancakes. I think I created the recipe lol. I used strawberries today instead of blueberries.
They actually fit my macros pretty well. Makes cutting a lot easier mentally.
What foods help you stay on track during a cut without feeling miserable?

YES and nigiri! It’s really a good meal that helps a craving and still healthy if you choose the right rolls!
This isn't a cheat meal it's a great recipe for pancakes on a cut .... But since your doing breakfast I make german pancakes called blenna it's a yeast pancake like a crepe but they don't have yeast light fluffy crispy spread butter and real.maple syrup whatever jams jellies and if you breakfast meats and eggs I'll so a ricotta with a orange zest and juice sometimes...it's a family affair.,. Brings everyone together I'm the only one who's knows the recipe ... I pieces to together from stuff online and my grandma Chicken scratches ...pure please food made flour and yeast go along way the staple it grape jelly in german churches so it was probably the cheapest thing just like grape peanut butter jelly sandwiches or strawberry throse were probably the cheapest a hundred years ago

I'm a strong proponent of having a cheat meal and claiming it's a "refeed" to "refill my glycogen" or whatever. I'm sure there some science to it, but that's not why I go mow down chips and salsa and guac and several peoples worth of tacos.

Ninja Creami has been a game changer for me. High protein, low calories and scratches the itch for sweets. Also, the volume is pretty high so I get really satisfied and full after knocking back a pint.
