1000 - Drinkable Yogurt! (Made at home, details in the comments)
1300 - Beef Ribs (Bone removed), Pork Belly, and Chicken Thighs (Skins and Bone removed)
1600 - Shake #2
Dinner - Regular portion of whatever the family makes.

Lunch! BBQ with today being a holiday. Removed the bones and skin and extras so I could weigh it.

Love buying those drinkable yogurts from the store but hate the price. Played around with the recipe this weekend, and found one that mimics it perfectly.
Later this week I'm gonna swap the milk for Fairlife Milk, for a lower calorie and higher protein option. Will probably toss more fruit in as well.
