Anyone who wants to share experiences and or advice related to gains GTFIH
Hey first time here but ive been a lurker, anyways, ive been lifting for a while and havent done anything besides all types of research chems, i used to lift full body but eventually it just tired me out, now i lift once or twice a day incorporating cardio and 1 bodypart. What are some tricks or supplement combination or even philosophy you bring in to the gym with you that gives you the motivation? For me, i used to be a fat child, and the funny thing is, looks do matter. Needless to say i found that out after a few years of doing nothing but lifting and eating good foods, that and taking a steafy and cosntant vitamin source along with being there every day helps. Not sure if this is a proper enough first post but please feel free and contribute, im still learning.
