Timing of Eating when taking GH

I'm taking 2ius 2x a day, one at 6am and one at around 5pm. I'm looking for some info on timing of eating before or after taking a shot. Thanks for all input.

opticxFrom experience and what I've researched it's optimal to avoid food until at least 60-90 minutes after injection. If you must eat, stick to good fats. definitely avoid carbs for a few hours.
Depending on when you workout I would just carb up after workout. Or try carb back loading if you can.
