Need Help With Cycle / What to take etc.

I have a few questions for the Pro's..

I'm a 42 year old male. I lift with a personal trainer Monday through Friday then cardio for at least an hour. Saturday's I just do cardio and Sunday it's a rest day.

I have 26% body fat and I need to drop that number to 15% or less.

I currently take Testosterone C, Testosterone P & HGH. I was taking Dbol & Deca but stopped because of the water retention and weight gain.

I really want to build a mass amount of muscle but I must cut my body fat. My trainer is up my ass on the body fat issue and I'm doing the cardio as well as sticking to his difficult diet.

What should I use to build muscle & cut body fat? How much? How often? What should I expect? Thank you so much for your time in this matter.

Ok don't take this in a bad way, I'm just going to give you some constructive criticism.

  • WHY are you on gear in the first place when you are sitting at 26%BF?? that number needs to drop to mid teens before you would start using steroids. You are are looking at way more side effects with 26% BF.

  • "What should I use to build muscle & cut body fat? How much? How often? What should I expect?"

If you can't lose weight or build muscle naturally.. how do you ever expect to keep your gains once you are off the cycle, seriously.. you have to get to know your body, trial and error, see what works for you, then when you finally hit that wall.. THEN turn to AAS

  • You say your 42 but this seems to be the mind set of most teenagers.. wanting the results quickly and with as little effort as required. Patience and discipline.

  • Follow your PT instructions and diet.. you WILL end up being in the same position if you cannot get to somewhere without the aid of steroids.

  • What AI are you using? do you have Nolva and Clomid for PCT? did you run caber while on Deca?

You should do food and time. You're already on AAS and HGH, if that, diet, and cardio aren't working fast enough, then re evaluate your goals. Either way, more compounds are not the answer. I know what it's like, as a former fatty (5' 11" and 295) the waiting game sucks but its a marathon, not a sprint.
