Diesle Body Nutrition Plan
So I am posting a Nutrition Plan that I got form DieselBody.com. Just curious as to what you guys think about this plan.
It is supposed to be a "Lean Bulk Plan" for a 180lb male with 10-12% bf. Sounds to me like they are just trying to sell their "Advocare" products.
Consult you doctor before starting this or any other nutritional program. No program works without the desire patients and dedication to see it through.
WAKE UP: Drink 10 oz of water and take Vitamins and Minerals
DRINK: An Advocare Spark energy drink or another type energy drink and take 625 mgs of Tribulus
CARDIO: Three days do 20 minutes of step mill and 10 minutes of abs
MEAL ONE: Eat 1.0 cups of oatmeal and 6 egg whites and two whole eggs and take glutamine
MEAL TWO: Drink a 50 gram low carb low fat shake with a small apple with glutamine
MEAL THREE: Eat 10 oz of tilapia with 3 cups of spinach leaf lettuce with 1 additional cup of assorted veggies of your choice. Use 1 Tbsp of Olive oil and balsamic vinegar as dressing
SNACK: Eat 3 plain rice cakes with a Tbsp of Almond or cashew butter on each
TAKE: Drink an Advocare Mass Impact mixed with 1 scoop of Spark and take an additional 625 mgs of Tribulus
TRAIN/CARDIO: Do 20 minutes of bike twice a week. Train abs and calves real hard twice a week
MEAL FOUR: Eat 8 oz of flank or salmon with one cups of green beans or broccoli with a 8 oz baked potato and take glutamine
MEAL FIVE: Eat 4 oz of chicken, and 4 egg whites
SNACK: Drink a 50 gram low carb low fat shake
TAKE DAILY (for now)
• Take Advocare Coreplex
• Take 400 mgs of Vitamin E
• Drink a minimum of 2.0 gallons of water daily
• Whole, organic, or fresh foods are better than frozen, frozen is better than canned
• 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night and 8 to 10 on the weekends if at all possible
• Take a recommended dose of Milk Thistle daily for next four weeks,.
