Test p, Mast P 12 week Cycle
Just finished the cycle a few days ago. 150 mg Test P 125 Mast P EOD 12 weeks. Strength is thru the roof gained 12-15 lbs LBM. The EOD pinning got a little old, but nothing I could not handle. Lifted 4-5 days per week on a rotating training cycle. 1st week was 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps, 2nd week was 10-12 reps, 3rd week was 8-10 reps, and 4th week was 5-6 reps. Then the cycle started again. Strength went up every week. Light cardio 2-3 days per week for 20-30 min. Toward the end I could not run because of shinn problems. After about 5 mins my shins would turn to stone and burn like hell. I read up on it and seems it is a common problem when using AS. pct is Clomid 100-100-50-50 and Nolvadex 40, 40, 20, 20 I don't feel both are necessary, but it is what I am being told is best so I gonna follow their advise. Overall very pleased with the cycle. Will Def do again. May add low dose of Tren Ace next time. BTW, got flammed when I asked questions before cycle and all I can say is that if I would have listened to the majority I would not have gotten the results I did. If U are considering a cycle read up as much as possible and as long as it is not dangerous (I know) sometimes u just have to try it for yorself.

sgtstedankoI'm glad you had an enjoyable experience, brother... What kind of advice were you given? Do you think that it's the work, or the compounds used? Pain in the bony part of the shin? Or, kind of like a tightening pain in the soft , outside muscle part?? Happens to me from time to time. Try shortening your stride. Changing your shoes, to one that limits pronation. Maybe better arch support. Up your calcium & vita D. Never up your mileage by more than 10%. And training your hips & core everyday, will improve your overall ability, making a stronger runner. By improving your footstrike & body mechanics. Biking & swimming : (
Thanks for the suggetions but it is not just while jogging. It is during agility work, sprints, jogging (treadmill also) and it feels like (Shin Pump) if that makes any sense. I think it def has something to do with AS and the weight gain. I have also tried several different pairs of shoes, no help. Don't do core work everyday, but 3 times a week or so. I am off cycle now so if it gets better I will know without a doubt it was the AS.
That's true with the stride. Every time I caught myself taking longer and harder strides my shins were screwed in 5-10min. Plus he put on 10-15lbs on his frame which will def cause strain. It's good to see you back in the mix big homie!
sgtstedankoYup yup... That's honestly why I really really really really (police academy ref:) preach body weight calisthenics!!! There is nothing more important, IMHO... Too many dudes neglect their stabilizing muscles etc. Especially off cycle. & end up paying in injury : (
Thanks, brother. It's good to be in the mix.
Nice job brother. I love prop and mast together. Gains are almost always nice and lean. The mast will really turn your muscles to stone. As far as listening to others on here, you'll figure out pretty quickly who to listen to and who to take in stride. You always have to remember that if a vet suggests you run things a certain way, it's not because they're trying to sabotage you but rather keep you from making a mistake. One they may have even committed themselves. Ultimately, we're all different. What works for you may not work for me. But there is a basic platform to build from that should not be over looked. Good luck with your future cycles.
Good looking brother x2 what yoked said! Many intelligent people on here! +1 very good answer!
Thanks Bro! And I agree 100% if have to find what works FOR YOU!
