Creating my first cycle
ad
Before I go off and spend my money. I need to develop a cycle and I've no idea where to start. I'm sure there have been several posts like this before. So forgive me if what I am about to say is VERY rudimentary or cude...
Here goes..
I'm already quiet athletic, I am not an easy gainer and have 14% BF. I have several 'requirement'. Firstly of course mass but lean mass, I need to keep and/or improve my speed for both Martial Arts and as Wide Reciever.
I obviously want to start of on low dosages first. I don't want to pile on the mass, lose it, or ruin my 40 yard dash or kicking speed.
I look forward to your thoughts and forgive me if what I have said is a loads of $%$% and I should be doing something else! Can't wait for your replies!

Only on a site like this can you get real help and info! Datman and pushin has you dialed in the right way! Nice work!
Youre not ready bro... Gains start in the kitchen.. and its obvious if you are only getting 80 grams of protien per day all feom shakes and you wonder why you are not making gains?? Before either of them give you cycle advice, you need to post up your diet.. if im wrong, I'm sorry, but.I'm guessing you are not 24, there are many inconsistencies in your story that make me question if you are being truthful.. first you need to eat right.. if you are not eating, no amount of aas is going to help..
Hi datman - the above all correct. I am 24 well nearly 24... If I am not ready then I am not ready, I'll research some diet advise. This is why I signed up its all good stuff!
Thanks
AnonLook at the next couple of years as foundation building. It's kind of like the way they used to build houses 100yrs ago. They're still fucking standing strong, these new "Track" homes are shit. They're falling apart after a few yrs. Build a strong foundation on Diet&Training. Those 2 together will last you a lifetime.
N yes you are in the right place to learn everything you need to know!
The diet and training forums is where I will be looking from now on! Thanks guys! I love the metaphor by the way... its so true!
+1..,, good choice brother:)
thanks
You wanna get bigger, stronger, faster?? Try this.. 200 -250 grams protien - mostly from fish, chicken , and some read meat.. 200 grams of carbs per day. All spread out over 5-6 meals.. shoot for 3000 - 3500 calories per day, sounds like you do enough physical activity that you will be able to burn off rhe excess.. on training days focus on your compound lifts- deadlifts, squat, bench- these are used to build your base and will help get on your way to your goals..
AnonCan't grow if you don't eat! I'd really like to see a diet posted as well. Even @ 24 that's still young enough in my book to wait to use juice. Natty test doesn't start dwindling down until you get around 30yrs old. That's plenty of time to learn how to eat right and lift right.
Post your stats and experience with BBing. It will help pepple give you better advice. I am a former boxer and a hard gainer. I can tell you that if you are going to be serious about Bodybuilding and start venturing into AAS, you'll need to drop the MMA training! It simply burns too many calories and is counter productive. Goth will tell you, most BBers would drive around in a golf cart 24/7 if they could just so they don't burn the prescious calories. As for your first cycle, I don't yet know ur stats but It's going to be TEST only!!! 600mg/week is what I always suggest to the virgins. But, I don't know how old you are, what your stats are, what your training and diet are like so I won't say anything more until u post them. Also, do some reading. Just about everything u need to know has already been posted. In fact, there are about 50 other posts almost identical to yours
If I were you, my main concern would be loss of flexibility. So, I wouldn't worry about getting too big on your first cycle, especially with your activity level. I would make sure you use full range of motion for every exercise in your routine and stretch those muscles. Good Luck!
Hi Nitti, thanks for the reply. I'm 24 years oold and I've been working out seriously now for one and a half years. I've only made small gains in that time considering.
I train atleast 4 times a week for 1 hour. Biceps/Back, Chest/Tri and shoulders + 40 mins cardio. Diet is good and I get most of my protien from shakes 40g per serving atleast twice a day.
So here are my stats:
Ages 24
Weight: 165lbs
Height: 5"11
BF: 15%
Bench press: 120lb 3 sets of 12
Anything else you need to know?
AnonAt first glance I would question your routine and Diet. If you are only benching 120lbs for sets then you have a bigger problem then steroids.
I would get online and research some strngth building routines. Lots of compound lifts. Low volume high intensity with alternating Push/Pull days. Some guys like 5x5's for strngth buildup.
Honestly somebody like Juiceinator or Viking are the best at putting together workout plans. Hit them up before even thinking of touching AAS.
That sounds advise! I do struggle to make gains to be honest. I'll pm juiceinator and viking see what they think. In terms of AAS I was thinking along the lines of var low dosage or wouldnt that be even worth it?
AnonBrotha every cycle must have a Testosterone in it to be considered a cycle in my book. If theres no Test theres no gains long term. Only complications. With compounds other than test they will deplete your test levels rather than boost it up like Testosterone would. Look up endogenous test and exogenous test. Read about what each has to do with steroids. Look up ancilaries like Aromatase Inhibitors,HCG, Serms. What each one does and how they are vital to every "Complete" cycle. I would also seriously look into getting Bloods taken before you beging any regimen of AAS just so you are completely informed of where you are before you make any decisions. Juice has some good knowledge and resources for where to get labs taken. Make this decision only after you have analyzed all of the facts. So many factors can alter how you run a cycle. Always do it with help/guidance from a mentor. Someone who has proven knowledge and experience to lead you down the right path. Theres a solid core of guys on this site who have it "Figured" out, most are always willing to help.
