Need a new meal plan or training routine? here ya go
Ok I was searching for some certain info on here as I'm sure some others do and couldn't find what I was looking for. After about about 2 weeks I found a post where a guy briefly mentioned a website for training and nutritional info and it has been a big help for my training and diet.
The website you go to is...... Simplyshredded.com I've done tons of reasearch on bodybuilding.com and never ran across the other site until I saw it on here. It's a really good site and lots of good info on diets for mass building or cutting and all your training needs. Between simplyshredded.com and bodybuilding.com you shouldn't need anything else. I'm not affiliated with this website in anyway I just wanted to spread some knowledge.
I'm trying out the sprinters routine and the workouts need some tweaking because they don't seem to be enough for what I'm use to but the sprinting routines are really kicking my ass. But they will definitely get your ass in shape for summer with the right diet. The only thing I'm not sure on is the rest periods. They seem too long for them to be for each set but if they aren't then how long should I wait between each one? If anyone checks it out lemme know what you think.
