The only down side I've noticed is that it gives me a flushed/red face in the evenings, especially after having any alcohol and in the time between taking it and training, I occasionally get a slightly uncomfortable sinus pressure.

I take 10 mg every morning on training days. I've found it gives great pumps and helps a little during hard cardio. Outside of training Cialis has a noticeable effect on erection strength and frequency and I've been able to perform sexually at levels I haven't since I was much younger. Overall, I would absolutely recommend.
Its always good to have some cialis on hand if you use exogenous hormones in case you did something wrong and your dick doesnt get as hard as he should be thats a quick solution. And pumps are also very good not only in the bed room.
