It's legit bro. I ran a 4 week course of it at 150mcg 3x daily after a meal. The results are phenomenal. I stacked it with hgh and several other compounds but my best results of the entire cycle were with the Mecasermin in the mix. There's not really a way to test for the IGF spike unless you have access to a University lab or something like that because it has a 20min half life. Even if you took a dose in the parking lot of the testing center, checked in and get called back quickly...which is unlikely in my area, you would have to get drawn drawn in under 20min to get an accurate result.
