In order for Mecasermin to raise IGF-1 to levels delectable in blood tests unless you have a particular genetic condition like laron dwarfism or other forms of primary IGF-1 deficiency you would need to be injecting between 30mg to 60mg per day. Even then the research showed it only raises levels to around double baseline in the 60mg group. Here we are using somewhere between 500mcg and 1mg per day. It’s impact on measurable IGF-1 in the blood would be further reduced by simultaneous use of GH and the taboo BG lowering compound we do not speak openly about here.
Why you might ask doesn’t it raise measurable IGF-1 in small doses well we don’t really know as the research had never bothered to try and answer that question - probably because it just doesn’t matter. And why doesn’t it matter well because it works for those who really need it like those with the genetic conditions mentioned above who need very large doses. It also works for bodybuilders in these small doses despite not raising measurable IGF-1. Lots of anecdotal evidence for that which you can choose to trust or not. I have my theory as to why it works despite not being measurable. So if you would like to know then shoot me a FR and I’ll PM you.
P.S. I’ve been running this Mecasermin for almost 6weeks now. I started at 600mcg per day and have been on 1g a day for almost 3 weeks now. This shit works and works like nothing else I’ve experienced. I don’t need a blood test to tell me that.

It's legit bro. I ran a 4 week course of it at 150mcg 3x daily after a meal. The results are phenomenal. I stacked it with hgh and several other compounds but my best results of the entire cycle were with the Mecasermin in the mix. There's not really a way to test for the IGF spike unless you have access to a University lab or something like that because it has a 20min half life. Even if you took a dose in the parking lot of the testing center, checked in and get called back quickly...which is unlikely in my area, you would have to get drawn drawn in under 20min to get an accurate result.
