They are both mct only difference is one you can consume add to food coffee etc other can only put on skin use for injection fractionated cannot be consumed and is alot less expensive then MCT

MCT is medium chain triglycerides, meaning medium length fatty acids. Usually derived from either coconut or palm oils. So fractionated coconut oil is MCT, but MCT isn't necessarily from coconuts, although John said below that his MCT is from coconut only
