Hey on ivermectin it's 3mg for every 20lb of body weight. So one 20mg pill will treat 120lb
And i would round down on this type of medication not up. So if you weigh 240 you would take 2 every day for 5 days. Also people should do there on research. Just saying!
You might want to get a nebulizer. To a cup of water add 1/4 tsp sea salt (or pink salt), 1 oz hydrogen peroxide, 5 drops iodine (Betadyne). Nebulize that every hour, get that medicated mist in your lungs.
That shit gave me Myocarditus/Congestive Heart Failure. It was brutal. I finally cleared out my lungs using the procedure outlined above. Good luck!
