Most orals are dosed pretty high. If starting a new oral/company, I recommend splitting the tab in half then trying that first. The same way you may half scoop a pre workout to assess tolerance

I half scoop anything with dmaa or 400+ mg of stims. I use pre workout for a NO booster rather than stim. Caffeine significantly reduces my appetite, while bulking it sucks
