Anything over 250mg i dilute with something even if its just .5ml just to be safe. 300+ especially the enanthate here gives me a little knot by itself but used it for years and always legit oil

Is your friend a higher body fat %. He’s most likely injecting subq. You will always get knots injecting higher mg/ml gear sub q. Idk if they use EO in their test E also could be a reaction to that as some have issues with it.

I’ve been hearing about ALOT of people, including myself having serious PIP issues with test e. This is why so many people are buying test cband it’s always out of stock. I have no idea what’s going on but I never had a problem with test e until recently. I had stuff from another vendor who has a great reputation and my buddy had a serious reaction to the test e. Then I had a bad reaction where I got a big knot and felt like I got hit by a truck. Now I’m using test c. This was 250mg/ ml too.
As for your buddy- I suggest taking 500mg amoxicillin every 6 hours. Hopefully he has some in hand or can get it fast. That’s another problem- these pet places no longer sell antibiotics with a vet script. I used to always have on hand from chewy or CalVetSupply..

No. This was NOT from USROIDS. I only posted this because PIP with test E has become pretty common with many sponsors. I only use test c now and I assume it’s not just me as it’s always out of stock. Years ago everyone used test e.

What is the Concentration and how much did he inject? Is the area warm, is it getting bigger? This information may help with determining if it’s PIP or infection. I had a nasty infection several years ago. Had to go to the ER as the abscess came to a head and started to ooze from my glute. They lanced it, and scraped out all the infection they could. Followed by several weeks getting my wound packed with gauze after the doc cut out the dead tissue they could find at each visit. They have to cut good tissue to insure they get all the dead tissue. It was extremely painful! I was also on strong antibiotics. If it’s warm, getting bigger then get on antibiotics ASAP. If it doesn’t get Absorbed by the body and then you have to get it surgically removed. It really sucks.

They pack the big hole so the skin doesn’t heal over the dead tissue. Must heal inside out. Nasty scars too. Oh fun times not cleaning the area and pinning winny from Mexico --
