I've never had any problems like this because there's no customs. The only downside is when courier lose a package, but it's a negligible loss. For now, everything's still OK.
Bro I loved my experience with Keytech and his brand and will continue to keep buying. It just caught me off guard in 2025 to have a package not be at least double packed is all. And the items were definitely super secure from any damage happening. I want him to stick around for as long as possible. The more they keep themselves safe and all their bases covered the better in my book. It just takes one time for things to get unwanted attention.
Im just saying with 100% success rate then the postal service is telling you he is doing a good job so i wouldnt change a thing because its not up to one guys standard. For sure man, and I should have worded it better in the first place and also this really isn’t the place for me to have brought it up since it didn’t really line up with how positive my experience was with him and others that have not ordered with him yet might have gotten the wrong idea. Plus like you said he has never had an issue doing it that way. And The place where my comment came from is I have had about 2 packages in my time, albeit not gear ones lol, normal ones, get beat up and destroyed by the elements and the post office has repackaged and taped them for me in transit. But that is so rare for how many packages I have had delivered. To be clear I have no idea what we would do without Key right now in these times! He is so good at what he does he could send the items wrapped in Kleenex for all I care at the end of the day lol
Placed my order on the 5th, got an email confirmation on the 15th, product arrived at my door today the 20th. Only 1 day off of their 2 week policy. I downloaded informed delivery so i knew it was coming. 15 days for domestic is still a little long but I understand the crazy infiltration of orders. Hopefully it’s as great as everyone says it is. Wish they had mast prop - I had to go to another source for that. Oh well, product came and the team was very responsive during the whole process. Their growth prices are by far the best especially with 99% purity for the 400 iu kit. Gonna do a push phase with test c, mast and npp. I ordered the npp from them in this order - bought 3 and received 1 for free. We shall see what the bloods are like in another month. Appreciate John and his team! The ordering process from ordering to receiving is a lot like set it and forget it - Place the order, know it is in good hands, and it will definitely show up so need to stress but it takes a bit longer. Definitely will be coming back!
The delay orders might not be with U.S. but with the postal service. I ordered a part from Florida and recieved a tracking # and was told it would arrive on a specific date. Well that passed and it sat in Sanfrasico for almost 2 weeks and arived a month late... i blamed the guy or company who sold it to me as well it was definitely, the postal service? Since i live on an island i figure it went by boat instead of plain.

I made an order also September 9 and haven’t heard anything but I’m not worried I’m sure he is super busy . Those prices and everyone’s out of stock. He probably has 1000 orders just this month. Hard to pack and ship everything plus answer messages. Take payments it’s non stop I’m sure for him and we don’t know exactly how many people work for him might only be him and one other person not like you can trust many people with a business such as this lol. I will wait for 3 weeks then send him a message.
