I feel like this has more to do with basic math than PED usage. A lot of gear comes predosed in mg/mL already, and so people just follow that by drawing up x mL to get x mg.

Duuude. Each vial has 40iu of hgh in it. You're confusing yourself. Once you reconstitute the powder you need to consider the VOLUME of water that is now in the vial. The more water, the less potent. Make sense? So if you put 2ml of water and have 40iu of hgh, you divide the 2ml. Not the 40iu.
I understand I have only used 10 iu vials before and always just put 1ml in to reconstitute. Never seen 40 iu ones . The other companies back in the day always said just put 1ml in each vial.
