hey ugf,this morning i went to pop the top off of a bottle of boldo 300 and testo p 100,both of the tops came all the way off.exposing the gear.this is not acceptable.i can no longer pin these two bottles and im wondering if the rest are also going to come apart.i hope you will replace atleast these two?thanks ...

i just checked the rest and all 12 bottles are lose.i mean exposed,the whole top came off!!and the rest of them are ready to come off!!i really want them replaced.of course you dont have too.thats your choice,i hope you stand beind your product...

Buddy, you are always quick to jump the gun, let's take it easy.. It's the same with your tracking before.
There are the white tops, when you use them they break off you say, right? But there are grey rubber bands that should keep it tight for you, are they not there? Can you send pictures to [email protected]?

I'm having the same issue as well. I ordered 22 bottles of para oils and many tops are loose. I opened 2 so far and had to open them very carefully, otherwise, the tops would have easily pulled off as your did and as mentioned below.
The quality of the rubber stoppers also appear to be inferior. When pinning with a 23 gauge pin, some of the rubber seems to have gone into the bottle. I always inspect each bottle before pinning and my NPP was clean but after about 7 pins, there are a few dark specs floating in the bottle and I'm sure they weren't there before.
Lastly, my order was missing a bottle of test prop. I've sent 3 tickets so far - Sept 10th, Sept 14th, and yesterday with no response. I'm not going to waste anymore time following up on a bottle of prop but considering the lack of reply, coupled with the other issues, this is very likely to be my 1st and last order.
Damn that sucks brother. Thank you for sharing. I dont plan on using this gear til Spring but these bit of news is disappointing. Thanks for sharing.
