This is about the stupidest shit I’ve seen in a long time. This ain’t amazon prime. This src has been here for a long time. T/A and price really become secondary to quality, reputation and service. For example I take my car to a specific auto repair shop for repairs. I researched them before ever going there. They are family owned and operated. The owner who fixes my car is honest and fair. He may not always answer his phone when I call as he is busy completeling customers obligations, but he always does return my call. If you want fluffy service to make up for sub par product choose a vendor that will promise you the world and deliver you sub par product. You want excellent product find a craftsman but expect to wait as their workmanship is sought after. You got a lot of feedback from higher ranking members here voguing for this guy which should tell you something. Personally I hope you go some place else as to not cause interruption to the work they are doing to keep good customers orders fulfilled with your impatient attitude.
