Just started yokes Abombs yesterday, going to be doing 50mgs per day for 6-7 weeks. Is splitting like this good.... 12.5mgs in the AM, 25mgs PWO, then 12.5mgs before bed?
Also running yokes Test E (500mgs), EQ (600mgs), DHB (low dose just 75-100mgs a week), and proviron (50mgs ED) every week.
I’ve run Anadrol several times and for me 50mg once a day in the am kept me level all day. You can split them in half if you want but I found no reason to do so. Drol gives a good pump but like was mentioned it’s not as fast or pronounced as Dbol or TNE. A lot of water and sodium before the gym will give an awesome pump. Hope this helps.
It does, much appreciated! Decided to do the old Rich Piana routine and switch the orals every 2 weeks... So gonna do the andadrol another week at 75mgs, then switch to s23, then back to abombs or SD, then bloods, then got winny, s4, etc... To experiment with.
I’m not sure I’d do that brother, if it were me I’d stick to one for 4 weeks, take some time off and reset. Ending it at 2 weeks is a waste because it’s just now in full swing. Ride it 2 more weeks and keep the gains coming. I loved Rich but man he didn’t do things the right way.

I was literally just asking about dosing advice lol... If you must know, I'm 29 260LBS, 6'5,15%bf (give or take) and been on gear for 8yrs, literally taken everything except anadrol... Do I know what proviron does? Yes, that's why I'm taking it so I don't need as much test. Bloods done? Of course, everything is normal. If the half life is 8-9hrs, I don't see any issues with splitting it 3x a day, also no issues with 7 weeks if bloods come back fine.
