We've managed to buy and deliver 100 blankets and a couple pallets of food to a small school in Ukraine that is taking in families and children. I made sure to add in chocolate and the euro version of starbursts, in a time like this you need anything to raise the spirits.
We gathered a bunch of medical supplies and delivered them to the front lines immediately after a rocket attack, a lot of it has been very difficult to obtain and we're hoping to get some hard to find medicines and supplies imported in from another member of the team arriving in a few days. Mainly lactated ringers, IV Tubes, cannulas and insulin.
The inflation is insane, fuel is a little over $9 per gallon. Body armor has been a difficult item due to the cost and regulations, we've linked up with a company that has turned their metal shop in to an armor making factory and they're pumping out whatever they can get. Initially the cost to make these plates was 2500 euros per 100 sets, 1 week later and the price is now 9500 euros JUST FOR THE MATERIAL. They're only level 3 but they've already saved 1 life after the first couple hundred were delivered. A majority of the remaining funds will go to this as they are desperately needed. Everything is extremely disorganized and chaotic, there's a lot of scam based organization popping up which are really causing problems for the people trying to help and those who need it.
