Hey @UncleYoked, would the bpc have healing be if it's all through the body if you went with belly injection or does the injection NEED to be localized to the injury?
There is an isolated effect but it also helps all over, it appears that BPC does seem to saturate more where it's injected though.
My protocol is 3x a day, I do one in the belly, one in the location and one oral.
If it's a major injury, I'll do 2 in the site.

I’ve had great success with BPC with just local belly injections. When I had a more acute back injury I went as far towards the back in my love handles but belly subq has healed a nagging shoulder injury.
I broke My shoulder a few years ago. It healed but I still can't do pull ups. Strength is lagging in some exercises like shoulder presses. Would bpc help ?
Can't be sure, it's better for nagging injuries and recent. For older injuries that have healed already, it may not be too effective. You could always try

I have tendinitis in my wrist but am too hesitant to injection my own wrist, my dominant hand is the bad hand right now so don't feel comfortable trying to use lefty.
