Just go up to the top right hand corner you see an blue upside triangle click it. Then click submit then click submit a picture.
Then just follow the instructions there. If you submit gear pic make sure there isn't any packing showing.

Don't pin your quads for a few months and they should be fine. I had same issue with my left quad only. Wait a minimum of one week before pinning the same muscle again.
AnonDidn't even think of that. I had so much scar tissue in my delt that I couldn't even get anything in, literally broke the plunger trying lol.
unreal89It went i just was googling why and i remember needle going in felt like scar tissue then would not go push as hard as i could took 2 mins to get 1.4 ml in but did same thing agian with tne first injection cycle only used quads next cycle ill get more sites and rotate
I pin myself and rotate, never doubling up on any spot
Slow is the key to painless pins, ime. Average about a minute per cc and I haven't had a painful pin in years. Not even an uncomfortable one. Back when I was trying to finish it as fast as possible, I'd get some that were crippling

RustyhookerI made a post on intermedius quad as well. No pain and 2cc easy. I like smaller cc pins but it's a large muscle
For small volume injections try pecs some time. Easy and pain free.

I like spots I can pin myself. Glutes and delts can be uncomfortable to reach around. My quads are sensitive to pinning. Now that my gf does most of my shots. I'm going to add laterals and triceps to the rotation.
