I'd suggest running low test. Like 50mg test to 100mg Tren.
Tren is high carb required!! So you best have your diet right.
& diet needs to be clean. Tren will really fuck up your lipid profile so essential fats only.

How is the pip with supertest 500? Thinking of getting this since 250 is out.
Anything that has high mg/ml is going to take some getting used to. I've had the most success with stuff like this by pinning whatever muscle group (or close enough to it) I'm going to hit that day. This allows more blood to get in the muscle and help spread the stuff around.
I've also picked up sterile filtered grapeseed oil and added about 0.2 ml to every 1ml of gear I'm injecting. This is probably the absolute best way to combat injection site and overall muscle soreness and reduced range of motion.
Lastly, running the vial under hot water for a minute or two prior to injection as well as massaging the injection site for 5 minutes after injection both help as well.
I have a good amount of friends who can't handle high mg/ml gear but seeing that it's usually a good deal, there are definitely ways to make it easier for your body to handle.
