www.texxgears.eu is a gear company created one year ago. Since then we work as reseller carrying the best International labs in Europe. Few months ago, and after a long period of testing, we decided to ship worldwide. So we are able to ship the best brands (Lixus, Sciroxx, Alpha Pharma, Max Pro, Axiolabs, Biosira, Genesis and products bought in pharmacies) to all our customers and helping them in the issue of buying gears. We want our users to enjoy their shoping process, since they asking something to us until they are working out using the products we sold them.

As the products we offer are working perfectly because they are toch noch, and as we know that, we have focused our attention in the customer service. According to the situation we lived when we used to be customers of any other source, we decided to start from zero doing things exactly how we would like them to be done with us. That´s why we have our own ethical principles, so normal that even seeing them in this business is strange.

Those are our principles. As Groucho Marx said, “if you dont like them, we have another ones…” but they will be absolutely the same. We started with our philosophy and we will be loyal to it. At the end, that´s the main thing that makes us be proud: keep our ideas in our mind.

  • In www.texxgears.eu we are not offering anything for free in order to make you become customer. There is not even one company that will give you any present and will not try to charge you for that before or after.

  • If the price of any product is getting better, we fix it inmediately to the customer that already place and order and still didn't pay for it. If any other customer did order the same day when the prices changed and he already paid, we will compensate him somehow.

  • If a customer doesnt want to buy anymore from us, he is free to do it. We will not bomb him with special offers and/or with lies. We do not humiliate noone offering cheap product that could be offer before.

  • We prefer to win a customer with our customer service than to buy him with a present. It´s more difficult, be sure, but it is also more economic for both sides.

  • We dont have special offer or special advantages for the new customers, but we do have for the old ones. People that is already our customer will always has priority for us.

  • www.texxgears.eu is just created by normal people that like to talk to customer as normal people also. Nothing else, nothing less.

  • www.texxgears.eu is always saying the truth to the customers. We are 100% sure that if some day we are giving the answer our customers want to hear, we are lost. And died.

  • We are people and sometimes we do mistakes. Then they need to be solved as soon as possible. Customer dont need to run after us in order to receive his compensation.

  • We try to solve your enquiries and eventual problems within one or two emails. Not more. It´s stupid to keep you the whole day sitting in front on the screen waiting for our answer.

  • If there is any customer that has any proposal to us and we see it logical, this is done. Nothing is predefinied.

  • We do not have any problem changing everyday things as far as those changes help us to improbe in any aspect. Basically we are following our principles as we think there is nothing else more reliable.

I dont say if mods are right or wrong.

But I think its fair to the source to tell my story..

To be honest I got a little scared when I couldnt get in touch with them by email. And I only had recieved 1 of my orders. But after 3 weeks of silence 2. Order came.

Actually once for 7-8 months ago they sent my order before recieving the funds. Hahah

I hope they get their buisness up running normal again. Couse I love their gear and prices.

Dear customer

As you probably know, we had some trouble of the last few months. We had a source steal over 15 thousand dollars from us. That left us waiting and some of our customers waiting for their orders. After being lied to by the source and told the orders would be shipped then reshipped the wait time added up. Some of our customers were not happy about this but now everything is solved and products that should be sent had been reshipped.

We also had server issues which delayed some of this even further, as this source tried to put the police over us and reported our site and servers to be closed by them. Not surprinsingly, some bad reviews with no consistente facts at all had appears since then. I will personally answer them all later. They didnt get it, but they success in their idea of keeping us busy in things that arent our customer service. We are very sorry for the problems that this could of caused.

Due to those attacks, we have lost the email ending at .eu. If you need to contact us, please use the email [email protected].

All those issues with them were discovered in November. Since them we had shipped 403 orders. As you can see, not all of our customers were angry over this but some were.

We are being honest and paying everyone back so we ask that you are honest with us too! We have some customers that are writing bad reviews when we are sure they have received their items. This is them deciding to get what they can out of the situation and take us for everything that they can get. We aren't doing this to any of these customers and are paying out of our own pocket and inventory to make sure you get what you paid for.

We are not hiding the fact that service was slower over these last few months we are asking that everyone remain truthful.

Now that things are back to normal there is no longer any delays with shipping and everything is being received on time.

Have you noticed that 90% of the bad reviews have been writting by "users" that dont even have profile picture? I did noticed that. Just saying.

On the other hand, allow me to say that it´s a bit weird that such an active user like you forgot to write a review when his "packs even took months". You should write the review so we would check why it was like that and we would fix it and other users wouldnt buy from us because we were delivering late.

At least that what I´m thinking.

How are you keeping the site at texxgears.eu if you lost the .eu domain? Are you saying we should only go to texxgears.RU and stay off texxgears.eu?

Real shame with this one, but personally once they have gone tits up and dealt with people in this way I wouldn't use them again. The Email below apparently explains the current situation. However I believe they should have posted this here many months ago.

All people ask for is honesty. Shit happens and that's a fact of life. However being given the run around and no clear information sucks.
