If you don’t know if the product is good you should not sell it and should be sending it to be tested yourself. I’m tapping out I’ll take the $75 loss and do my pct without the HCG. Thanks for nothing but a headache and waste of time.

His offer is generous. it exceeds what you might get most places anywhere. (not just AAS)
He doesn't believe the product is bad, you do. If one or two people are making a complaint about this, it's obviously an isolated event and is treated as such. You might be the tip of the spear. So, he's asking you, at his cost, test the product so he can respond accordingly. This eases your mind that, if negative, something else is going on (independent of the source or his potentially arrogant and dismissive customer service rep telling you so @JakeO) If positive, you've assisted the source and other eroid members in getting a bad batch off the market.
If on the other hand hundreds suddenly start complaining. It is not isolated and there'd be reason for the source to pull the product and test himself what is going on.
But, up to this point that hasn't happened, and you are dissatisfied because the source isn't acting as if it's the gear based on your anecdotal reaction.
No supplier knows for sure if the product they sell is good. Testing is done in batches and a only a small percentage, otherwise every supplier would go out of business. Haven't you seen the eye drops causing infections and even killing people in the US because of bacteria?

You should post the pictures and also give them a negative review. It’s pretty clear that they aren’t going to do anything about it. Such bullshit!!! What would it cost them, $40.00???? Ridiculous. A guy had an issue a few weeks ago, and I gave him the same advice. They called me a troublemaker, and two days later, the guys negative review was gone. I guess he took the free gear deal that I refused, The Steroidify rep actually wrote to me begging me to take down my review because his bosses were fining him for poorly handling my claim. All I had was a crashed bottle of DHB, and they didn’t even respond to me until I posted a negative review. At that point I had already reached out to a better source who rushed me a few bottles so my cycle wouldn’t get ruined. My PIP from the reheated crashed gear was so bad, that I had to quit the cycle anyway.
I get your point about getting the brushoff from lower-level reps. That's pretty much the reason eroids was created. To create a power balance. Unfortunately, sometimes you have to exercise that power as you described.
That said, do you think his HR department should get involved? Perhaps the customer service rep needs to review his training courses and be retested. Do you understand the nature of the business you're dealing with? This shit's going to happen; there's no changing that.
Reading the conversation above, what proof will @leanismean have that his reaction was tainted gear and not an allergic reaction do to diet changes or a weak immune system... or just ageing? If you were the source, what exactly would you suggest the source do that he hasn't already offered?
@Greg I agree with a lot of your saying, but you must have missed when I suggested the source send the guy a different brand or a different batch. It’s probably about $20.00 worth of gear plus $20.00 shipping. If it was an isolated incident, problem solved. If someone else complains, now the source should have it tested himself, as he is distributing the product. I deal with this shot on a daily basis. Are some customers just scams and bullshitters? Absolutely, but if you’ve noticed over the passed few months, this source as been dismissive with just about everyone with an issue,
For instance, I wrote to them about some crashed DHB. They completely blew me off. A week went by, and I decided to waste one of my reviews to get their attention. Well, it worked. They couldn’t give two shits about the half-melon size abscess extruding off the side of my ass. All they cared about was my negative review. I didn’t want a $300 dollar credit for a $60 bottle of DHB. I was just hoping for their advice. So yeah, I’m definitely the idiot, for trusting their bullshit gear maybe. So I should have gotten some more for free??? Nah, I’m good.
Also, not sure why me or the other guy would pay for another bottle, to mail to them, to have it tested. It’s not the same fucking bottle! Did he promise to send the same lot, not he didn’t. What sense would that make????

There obviously has to be a degree of trust and good will for resolution. And there's a limitation due to the legal status of the transactions that prevent other, more conventional resolutions.

You have your opinion, which is valid, but I also have my opinion. I don’t see the point in continuing the debate. I just know that I myself would not want to front the costs of having the products tested for a source that rather put me through all that than send me another item that probably only cost them $20.00. If the new batch tests well, where’s the guarantee that the source will honor paying for the testing??
I sell thousands of dollars in materials on a daily basis. If one of my customers claims a product is failing, I don’t always believe them, but I sure as hell don’t tell them to prove it before I react to their complaints. I do everything in my power to prove out the truth. I don’t ask them to incur any added costs to prove it to me with the promise of reimbursement. That’s just me though.
Like I said, we have a difference in opinion when we read between their lines.

If they don’t know if a product is good (stated above) they should test it themselves… not ask a loyal customer to go through the product and do it for them. Make literally zero sense. I ordered, had an issue (still do red scab peeling skin 2 weeks going on 3) asked them for help, and posted here if anyone ran into it. It’s a very simple situation from a customer service standpoint IMO. I didn’t bash complain bitch and moan just asked. I’m not and idiot for whoever said that. The source is now saying they will send another vial on condition I send it for testing

Dear @leanismean. We are sorry to hear about your troubles. We always offer for independent testing when quality is questioned. I believe, customer service had offered you to do the same. Feel free to send a sealed vial to a respect HPLC service, like SIMEC or CHEMTOX. Regardless of results, this will be a very valuable information for our community. Obviously, we'll pay all the fees.
I have red scab like blisters in both places I used the product which tells me enough. I have used hcg countless times with no issue. Also the Last pack of nolvadex I ordered had a random different colored pill inside. Kinda says something regarding quality of customer service. I have used you probably 5-8 times in the past but it seems things are on a decline.
Sometimes you can just do a allergic reactioni had this in the past with one brand of hgh try to switch bac water first if there are still lumps when injecting it maybe your allergic to the filler or something in it

Thinking of adding 40 mgs of tren hex to my 80mgs TRT. Hoping to mitigate the sides and still get some results from the strength of tren.
Dear @Armwrestlingfiend. That's a low TRT... Well, tren is a harsh drug and I believe, only guys prepping for competitors should use it. But I guess, you can add a small dosage like this for 6-8 weeks at a time and then stop for similar length. But, added to the TRT regimen? Not a good idea. Long term, it will damage your heart, blood vessels and only God knows what else.
Hi steroidify yes that’s what I was thinking a small blast for 6-8 weeks. I was definitely not thinking of staying on long term. Yes my TRT is low but it keeps me in the 700 range with no ai. And I am estro sensitive so I don’t want to up my test. I just want a good strong small blast I can do with my TRT. Thanks for the advice. If you have any other compounds to suggest for my small blast I’d appreciate that too.

I got hot flashes non stop now. Is that normal with Hex? I can deal with other sides but I hate hot flashes because I’m normally a very warm guy.
Yea thats normal, as is with any ester tren. Hex for me, is most noticeable in a way that I am very level headed while on it. No mind games like I normally get if I were to use tren ace for example, but I still sweat like a sinner in church and night sweats are apparent too.
