Friend, you'll not find a generic list of countries on our site. Reason is why we work with many warehouses all over the world and some warehouses have shipment restrictions that others do not.
So, when placing an order, the system will let you know if your chosen warehouse ships to your location. The messages are pretty straight forward, so it's virtually impossible to make a confusion.

Is your ULTIMA-HCG 10000IU from international warehouse 1 pre-mixed?
On the picture it seems premixed but im worried about shipping, since it comes from an internarional warehouse it could be even a month and get "expired" because of heat?

ULTIMA-HCG 10000IU is not pre-mixed. HGH and peptides last for months without significant degradation in room temperature out of direct sunlight if they have not been reconstituted - Reconstituted GH and peptides last for weeks, if not months still, in room temperature out of direct sunlight.
If you want to store unmixed peptides long-term, put them in the freezer. If your GH or peptides have been reconstituted, store them in the fridge. These standards will extend the shelf life of these products for maximum duration.

Its common. Heating pad is the cure.
I sometimes get red lumps from certain hcg, it's normal. If you look up hcg and it's side effects online it even says it can cause skin irritation and lumps. Nothin to worry about. When I was getting lumps I started doing the hcg im injections instead of subq injections and had.no issues
Of course. Slight red lump where injected or if your too shallow subcutaneous.
This is a 2 week old scabbing dead skin that is painful. Two different things. The product is unusable.

You get product from us and tell us that product is of poor quality, which is a fair statement and can happen to any brand or any source.
We tell you that you may send product that you think is of poor quality directly to be tested by a well known HPLC testing lab, like SIMEC or CHEMTOX. You deny the offer...
We then tell you that you can order another vial of said product to be sent sealed to testing. You also deny.
We, obviously, will pay for the entire thing, the product, shipping, testing, etc... We will also replace product sent with same one, similar one or just give you store credit for you to use as you please. You also deny this offer...
Could we send a vial of this product directly to SIMEC and have it tested? Yes, we could...
Would you and the community trust the results of a product send directly from the company that sells it? Hardly...
So, friend... What else can we do?
And by the way, this has been our policy since 2008. Any supposed problems with quality, we have the products tested and everyone, including you, other customers and ourselves will know exactly what's inside a vial or pill...
This is THE VERY BEST policy on the subject you or anyone else will find in the business, bar none.
We can not and WILL NOT assume a product is bad because of a difference in color, an allergic reaction, a lump, presence or absence of side effects, better or worst results compared with last cycle, etc... These are extremely subjective reasons and we will not go by them, especially having a scientific and precise way of settling this down, something you have denied over and over...
We, as source, want to know if anything we're selling has subpar quality too... And if it does, we will remove it from our website. And the only way to know is by having the product lab tested independently, which is our permanent offer to you or anyone else... This is valid for any product sold on our website.
If you rethink this and want to send a sealed vial to SIMEC, we will send the vial to you and reimburse all costs.

Not for nothing, but this is my issue with Steroidify’s customer service. You guys are so quick to brag about your testing,, and I’m sure a lot of people try to scam you to get free stuff, but every now and then things CAN and WILL go wrong. This guy is telling you that he is getting sores from some HCG you sent him. Why would he lie about something so cheap to replace? Your smartest decision would be to actually CARE that one of the products you distribute could be doing this to someone, and offer him a replacement, possibly a different brand, and put the issue to sleep. But no, you want to take this bullshit stance, basically calling the guy a liar. That’s until he wisens up and leaves you a well written, bad review. Then you will secretly start sending private messages offering hundreds of dollars in credits to take down the bad review.
You did the same exact shit to me and blew me off until I wrote a bad review. Then you got mad at me because I told you where you could stick your free gear. You guys need to use better due diligence in determining who is lying and who may really have a problem, instead of deflecting every complaint until it hurts your Eroids rating. I am a fan of your products, and never had an issue in the past and considered you a GREAT supplier. Always so reliable, but your customer service SUCKS when it comes to handling an issue. I can only hope you change your ways before it ruins your company’s great reputation.
How the hell is someone supposed to send you an unopened package of something that they only purchased once????? So he can buy another bottle and send it for testing???? It's a matter of principle. A product can't be labeled as bad because of reactions, period.
Drugs can give you a reaction at any given day.
You may been using ibuprofen for 30 years, one day you get a rash from it. This is how these things work.

If he ordered only one vial, he can order another one just for the testing or we can send one to him FOR FREE. You decided to ignore that info from my post or are you just being unreasonable?
Again, he risks nothing... You risk nothing... Order, send to testing and send us the bill... It's that simple. We will pay for the entire thing and give you store credit or replace purchased product. We would send product for testing ourselves, but it wouldn't make sense.

We will not change our 15 year policy. This comes from the company owners. Many many years ago when someone questioned the quality of our products, company owner simply said "we will pay for the testing". It is the best way bar none...

We don't want to shut down the noise. We want the community to know if the product is good or not. And it's never been about the money. Also, AFAIK, most sources will not replace products because of a reaction.

Why should I pay for another vial to then send it to be tested? How long does this process take? How involved is it? Do they then return the product so I can use it?

I injected the product twice- still 2 weeks later have scans like abscesses… I sent you the pictures and would gladly post here if it would allow me. I complained to you ( can post the thread) asked for help… maybe a refund or if you would ship a different brand. Getting a product tested that I know is unusable and will take a while does not help me in this time sensitive pct process.

This is our policy: you question quality, we will pay for product to be tested.
Steroidify carries thousands of products and delivers thousands of orders worldwide each month. We can't know what's inside of each vial.
The process is quite simple. We send you an identical problem of the one that gave you a reaction and you send it to testing. We reimburse you of ALL costs and we make results (good or bad) public... If results are bad we will suspend product from our lineup and investigate further. Maybe send more products from same brand from testing and then decide if we keep selling the brand.
It's no big deal. A very common quality control process that we ask you to be part of because results are made public.
But exceptions can be made and I empathize with your time sensitive situation. So I'll speak with higher ranks and see what I can do.
If you don’t know if the product is good you should not sell it and should be sending it to be tested yourself. I’m tapping out I’ll take the $75 loss and do my pct without the HCG. Thanks for nothing but a headache and waste of time.
