What i normally do is draw up the oil, i do 3.5ml every 3 days going back and forth to each glute. I use a blow dryer for a couple mins to heat the gear in the barrel of the syringe. Once im done i set it down use my alcohol wipe, switch needles and pin after i make sure ire not bleeding and use another alcohol wipe to disinfect again. Then i take a hot shower or bath to help keep the oil warm and dissipate. And usually have no issues maybe a little soreness the next day sometimes. But i operate machinery and doesn't bother me to be thrown and jerked around like on a bobcat or tractor. If you need more try some ibprofiun and/or a heating pad on it. Just make sure it doesn't get red swollen and really hot. Its always good to have antibiotics on hand just incase something happens. But a hospital will give you some if need be. But you can get some yourself easily off eroids

As long as u don't have a fever prob nothing. Heating pad and foam roll may help break it up. Did u pin upper outer area?

I pin where it should be but the oil was heavy and hard to come out im just waiting to see what happen that spot turn red but i can play basketball and do stuff like that i hope they dont have use a knife to open my butt

I had the same problem about two weeks ago. My thought is I pinned to high. The lump was about the size of a soap bar. And it lasted over a week. I just started pinning the glutes but I figured out my sweet spot. I had to do it infront of a mirror and after my girl drew out the four quadrent graph on my ass it lol. My ass is now my favorit pin site(no homo)

I used a heat lotion and my girl messaged it. the actual swelling and soreness went away on its own. The heat lotion just made it feel good for a few hours .

Need to warm up oil before pinning. Also warm bath will help but time is the best remedy. Also if it feels like the oil is not coming dont force it pull out and pin again. That should help ya...
