+ 15 EBC Fall/Winter Bulker 2013 2014
Goal is to lean bulk as I am pretty heavy from bulking past 2 months. If like to keep waist same or slightly reduce while adding some muscle. Focus is lagging body parts which I consider legs then arms then chest. If i could bring a lagging body part this session I will be happy!
Cycle is 750 mg sust, 500mg deca, 600 eq, adding in some Tbol soon and towards end i may add in some winny or anavar to bring it all together. I shoot sust 3 times per week and deca and eq twice per week. Also doing some hgh when i can afford it.
I get blood work 3-4 times per year.
Training wise i do 4-5 weight sessions per week and add some cardio for health. I sometimes hit a lagging body part twice per week. i will add an extra session as needed for some liss cardio and things like abs and calves
Diet wise I was eating about maint past 2-3 weeks to clean up a bit but now I eat about 300 pro 300 carbs 100 fats. I am going to keep pusing the carbs u each week adding 100-200 cals. This does not include cheat meals to enjoy some so my avg cals are higher.

I got up to a sloppy 269 but this would have been a FULK and not a bulk. so 1/2 way through i cleaned up diet and focused on peri workout nutrition where shifted most of my carbs. I think I keep gaining some muscle while losing the bloat and some fat I had put on.

Pretty solid physique brotha. You shouldn't have no problems with bringing up lagging body parts with this cycle and obviously shows you know how to train. Good luck!

Looks solid bro: like you said on the EBC wall, you cut that waist and those lats are going to be fucking massive. besides that man, you add a little width to the quads and work on mass on the midline of your thighs are you will have some solid tree trunks +1

fuck if I know what will isolate it, I just change my footing on the legpress until I make that area burn (wide heels with toes angled out but not outside the line of your femur), but Ive lagged my legs since the spring ebc cuz I hurt something in my knee: its where all my mass gain will come from this EBC :-D . Maybe (what I call the) kegel machine that we all love to watch fit chicks using?
i started using those adduction and abduction machines as part of a pre exhaust superset with leg ext and leg curls. i saw kai green doing it and thought it was cool. ive been getting nice burns so i will stick with it!

Looking at these I need to keep cranking on my legs esp hams and calves. ill take all constructive critisisim too. i cut back on delts and put more attention into chest and arms. i feel back is decent but maybe i need more wide pulldowns.
also i need to learn how to pose better, the lat spreads I cant seem to spread the wings unless my arms are straight out at sides.

angusWe are our own worst critics. Never look back and see what you shoulda done, just look forward and see what you're gonna do. You have great definition and symmetry which makes it incredibly difficult to visualize individual gains, I too got up to a huge weight and had everything from breathing problems to wiping my ass problems. I decided that was high enough. You've clearly made great gains and had an awesome finish. The only advice I have for you is if you want to have bigger arms then heavy tricep is what you need to do. Get away from the pulley machines and grab that Olympic bar for skullcrushers. It'll pack on the mass. I do mine at a bench press machine, makes it super easy to load and unload.

ive been focusing on my triceps a lot.
my main high weight move is between skuls or cbgp (i alternate these) then i move onto higher rep things like various pressdowns (rope,reverse, vbar, wbar), oh rope ext and OH db ext.
