BendTheBarbellIf u guys r getting odd numbers like 135 and its not at the Dr like the machines at samsclub or whatever I wouldn't even rely on those usually says on the machine made for arms no larger than 12 in and I'm sure most of US here are bigger than that. Get a cuff and check it 2 times a day. If it's 138 on preworkout after high intensity training I'm sure u are more than ok but if its still that high when u r about to fall asleep than that's high

BendTheBarbellI'll go over 140/90 on rare occasions with caffeine and if something exciting is coming up. And that's just mental. I could literally check it 5 minutes after said exciting event or tested at school and it'll b back at 120 or 122 /80. Pretty average. But I wouldn't PERSONALLY consider 130 very high unless its that high all day regardless of stimulants. Like if ur heart rate is 60-70 but u still got higher than average bp that could b a problemo

I've had read a few things. But does anybody have any feedback off the anadrol ? I'm thinking of just keeping the dose around 50mgs a day. Any input fellas ?!
I just got a vial of Raws drol as well. I got a vial of dol too, I've never taken drol not sure how I'll react but as far as I know if it's correctly dosed you'll get good results at 50 a day. I'm taking 60mg a day of drol with 40mg of his dbol starting tomorrow. I'll only take them for roughly 20 days as a kickstart.

Got my package yesterday brothas. Man RP you're the best at discreet packaging. You can't hear any rattles at all when you shake the package and every opening is sealed. I had two sources in the past sent me packages where both ends were literally open, like if you pick inside you can see the vials... that gave me almost a heart attack when I received it.. Ridiculous

Ok gotcha that's equal to the dose I've always ran when using Tren ace I would pin 100-120mg Ed so that's like 200 eod I'm doing my first cycle of long esters with test e. Deca, and eq but as a kickstart I'm doing 120mg of test prop and 120 of Tren ace Eod. Along with 60 of drol and 40 dbol. I've never pinned Tren ace doc until now do you maintain pretty stable levels at that dose? Or do you feel it drop off by the second day before your about to pin again?

Test E is kicking in Reverse gripped 225 15 times after super setting. With dual handle reverse pushdowns.I don't know if I should just slow the negative down or add Weight. I just started doing reverse grip barbell press for triceps after an 18 month layoff.last week I was only doing 8 reps reverse grip.I'd say it's a combination of muscle memory, good eatin & Damn good test.& by the way 3 weeks on test E & tren ace Strength up bodyweight down started at 214 now I'm at 204 Damn good tren
