Dbol has a half life around 4 hours you need to space your dosage out to get the best effect imo

BendTheBarbellIt makes sense but the first time I ran Dbol I spaced it out 10mg am noon and pm. This cycle I just took 30mg PW and thought I made better strength gains having the higher blood lvls during my session. I tool it about 1.5 hr befORE training. Still hungry AF all day. Only difference is THIS time my nips felt sensitivity and had to run adex .5 EOD as oppose to .25 EOD like last time.
I have done both ways and i admit i like pre workout....1 to 2 hours pre workout.

To maintain stable blood levels you should split am/pm, but just try both bro see what works for you.
yes try both same time, i try smalls 5mg every 5hour, (15)and 20mg PW .maybe 5mg extra when going sleep late

Since I still can't give reviews- raw is still fire. Started on sust/mast. added dbol. I was getting great results, leaning out nice on 780 sust / 400 mast. I dropped the test down low and all the mast and worked up to 700mg tren ace per week. Jesus. Fucking. Christ. I look better everyday and NO TREN SIDES. Kept the dbol going.
About to give his rip blend a try and will report back.
to be fair, the lack of tren sides may be a result of dbol and no refined carbs. for those that get bad sides, I noticed dbol takes care of them. an old vet twice my age always had the same result
