Ok guys looks like we are back on track. With the 100's of things that can go sideways in this business I would like to publicly thank my team for handling this issue quickly and efficiently. Orders that had issues seem to be pushing through ok without any hiccups. I want to thank all of my customers who understand that sometimes things go sideways and with their due diligence we were able to move forward rather quickly. ALL orders are shipped up to date minus a handful of orders that require EQ because for some reason my EQ has become very popular all of the sudden so I'm mixing a batch right now to fill the orders that require EQ that didn't get sent. So back to business as usual :))

I'd also like to thank EVERYONE for an amazing PROMO! You guys are great to work with and look forward to the NEXT ONE!

...and no I haven't forgotten about the contest ;)

we got hit with a 4day anomaly that we just figured out, everyone caught in that has been notified with a blanket solution to get everything back on track. only slightly backed up and all packs (excluding issues) should be out by Friday morning, The quicker all parties with issues handle it on their end the quicker we all go back to normal... Strange shit happens sometimes and my apologies to all... Problems are not problems guys unless you fail to get into the solution and my team did a banner job at figuring this shit out whilst simultaneously handling business...
