I've had that once or twice. Make sure you are injecting very slowly and not moving the needle around in your quad. If I get irritation, I will apply heat and massage the area. Seems to speed up the healing process.
Thanks for all the advice everyone. bo58 it's kinda funny because that's exactly what I did was ad heat to the leg and took some Aleve. I pin test on Thursdays so I'm a little taken back having it bother several days later. Especially to the extent of the swelling. I've had some pip before but this surely worried me. I'm very cautious on size of needle and cleanliness. I usually use 22-23g 1-1/2 in the glute and 1" in the quad. And as far as the area to pin I always use the outer thigh and half way up.
Had it happen couple weeks ago , too much cc and high mg test, heating pad and 1 pill of Aleve knocked it out ( just 1 pill)
May have gone too low on the quad. I had it happen to me once and got some swelling. Was in a rush and think I missed the thick part of the muscle. Should subside in a few days.
I pin anywhere from .75 to 2 cc's in my quads using a 1-inch 25 gauge needle never had that happen. If you picture the leg as a clock with the very front representing 12, I pin at about 1 o'clock to 2 o'clock position centered between the knee and the hip.
dropdzzA friend had this happen to his bicep he also missed the muscle.Looked very bad but only lasted a day or so.Turns out his pins were not the right ones.
A buddy of mine had this happened, he actually missed the muscle, swelled up real bad for almost a week and a half.... was painful to move... hope this helps sorry brother
I usually pin 2 to 3 cc in the quad. Slightly over to the side and right in the middle. Never had any bad reactions but maybe you didn't get the needle in deep enough.

No, there's a huge difference you need to give it time to show. However if you don't need that much then yes it would be pointless

I ran a cycle with his EQ. And it gave me crazy fullness and pumps blow away any pre workout. I just jumped on his drol I picked up during promo. I gained strength immediately. And if someone makes you mad. My god it amplifies. I almost ripped off my neighbors head. Great stuff..
