Anyone hear the story about a 24hr fitness calling the cops on Phil heath. I guess he was out of town and went to a 24hr fitness gym where he was and they wouldn't sell him a day pass. Phil insisted that he needed to train and that he would pay whatever and the lady felt threatened and called the cops. Ridiculous. Anyone else hear this story.

so if ive done basic math correctly, a 10ml/100mg jug of liquid dbol would last me 20 days at half a cc/50mg... was thinking of running raws dbol for 6-8 weeks at 50mg.. anyone have good experience with it? ive already ran a full cycle of his test e, some good shit.. cheers.

quality dianabol. Me and my buddies love it! Everyone sees all kinds of gains. Although if you work a job where you're on your feet all day use cautiously. I had back excruciating back pumps while striping parking lots.

Probably wouldn't do 6-8 week continuous use bud, that would be pretty hard on the system. I would make 4 weeks max, but that's just me.

I've been throwing out my left rhomboid on a daily basis. I'll be in extreme pain for a couple hours and by the end of the day I feel fine. I was wiping my ass yesterday when it happened immediately went down. By end of day I was doing my chest workout no problem. Today, reach for a Dorito and I go down again. Anyone hve a solution?

Doomsday10tac2's picture

Few questions:

1) Is the pain a sharp, stabbing sensation. Or,
2) A dull ache that persists for days? (Creating blood flow to the area can make it feel like the pain or tightness is gone, but it will return once inflammation has decreased. I.e 1-2 hours later).

The entire back is sort of "wired together" and works synergistically. So, for example, an issue with your traps, teres minor, infraspinatus, lats, erector spinae, etc. can overload the rhomboids and make them spasm or tear. In addition, the pack can create "false pain signals" via their network. For example, the insertion points of the seratus posterior superior muscle, rhomboid major and minor have very close insertion points, and occupy much of the same area. Therefor when one becomes inflamed it can create pressure on another and lead to a misdiagnosis and poor treatment plan.

It is a sharp, stabbing pain. It will transition to a dull pain during reaching movements for a couple hours. Stabbing pain for 2-3 hours, then a few dull instances of pain for a couple hours. So, pain for five hours per incident. I think I am going to schedule an appointment with a doctor. My back keeps cracking, during normal movements and I can feel things shifting around in my back without resistance.

My Mrs. Has the same issue ( yes she is a lil beast ) , doc put her on flexeril....there is a muscle ,inner shoulder blade, that seems to b the culprit...lay flat on your back, and do a arm wrestling type motion with a light dumbbell, ..5 lb for starters for 30-40 reps pre workout, hasn't had any issues since she started this...not saying this will fix your issue just Thot I'd share some info...hope you get things figured out sir!

Doomsday10tac2's picture

Yep! Inner shoulder blade = sub scapular Smile very common for lifters. If you can get the person to relax their scapula/shoulder blade then digging the thumb under the lower left corner and running up through the edge to the traps, and down and out towards the lats works wonders.

Reeeealllly gotta press the thumb deep under the shoulder blad though. Hurts so good!

Deep tissue massage can make a grown man cry!...thanx!

Muffins's picture

That's exactly where mine is happening. I'll give that a try. Thanks

Drock_357's picture

No prob bro

Doomsday10tac2's picture

To me, it sounds like a pretty severe muscle spasm with inflammation causing a subscapular impingement. The spasm itself should feel dull during resting periods (I.e. a couple hours after excercise and throughout the day and night). During loading/excercise periods, and just after, you should feel popping, sharp twinges, and stabbing pain due to the muscle (not sure which one yet) being stretched and rubbed against the scapula.

Without knowing the exact location of pain, my only suggestion would be to get a softball, baseball, or lacrosse ball and rollout the area causing pain and pausing on the most painful areas (3 times per day). Start with the traps, posterior delts, and rhomboids. A foam roller can be used for lats (from armpits to lower rib cage), and finish with the erector spinae (top of the hip/medial glutes to lower traps).

PM me if you need any other info. I'm not a health professional. I've just had enough injuries, treatment, and kinesiology studying over the past 16 years to help point people in the right direction.
